We are currently building our brand, refining our menu, and strengthening our products through mobile service, catering, private events, and community partnerships. This approach allows us to grow thoughtfully while gaining direct market insight, developing customer loyalty, and continuing to perfect the guest experience before expanding into larger-scale opportunities.

Our Vision

SVEA was created to share the warmth and simplicity of Scandinavian café culture through thoughtfully prepared pastries, coffee, savory offerings, and hospitality-centered service.

We believe there is meaningful opportunity for a differentiated Scandinavian café and bakery concept in Central Florida and beyond. Our focus is on building a brand that is distinct, scalable, and rooted in quality.

Brand Development

  • Refining our baked goods and pastries, coffee and beverage menu, savory offerings, catering offerings, and seasonal products with an emphasis on quality, consistency, and guest experience.

Market Validation

  • Using mobile service, catering, private events, and recurring community partnerships to understand demand, test offerings, build customer relationships, and identify future growth opportunities.

Coffee Roasting

  • Building a coffee program that supports both in-house service and future retail or wholesale opportunities.

Wholesale Manufacturing & Products

  • Exploring packaged goods, baked products, specialty food items, and other Scandinavian-inspired offerings for broader distribution.

Strategic Real Estate & Community Partnerships

  • Working with property owners, developers, landlords, venues, and organizations that see value in bringing a distinctive café and bakery concept to their communities.
