Every single ingredient we use has been vigorously tested and compared to alternatives to ensure we use only the best ingredients possible within a reasonable price range to ensure our products remain accessible to as many people in our communities as possible. For example, we only use eggs from pasture-raised hens, unbleached flour with consistent moisture and protein levels, highest grade dairy products and ethically sourced, high-quality spices. Additionally, we never use artificial sweeteners or preservatives.
